Oh my god, this controller is so small. It measures just under 3 inches by 1 inch. It’s so cute! It comes in eight different candy colors, including two different transparent versions — purple and teal — that remind me of the Nintendo 64 controllers of my youth. Atom is compatible with Nintendo Switch, PC, macOS, iOS and Android devices. The best part is that it actually works. I used it for a game Stardew Valley and Bastion on my iPhone. It is important to note that these small buttons work well, but they are very small. My thumbs sometimes pressed the D-pad instead of left. I wouldn’t necessarily want to finish Skull Cavern using Atom. But for a simple or retro style of play, it’s an excellent and very affordable portable controller that looks cute on a keychain to boot. It has 10 hours of battery life and charges via USB-C.
