Zelensky is “ready” to hand over North Korean prisoners of war to Pyongyang
On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was ready to hand over captured North Korean soldiers to Pyongyang in exchange for the return of Ukrainian prisoners of war held in Russia. Zelensky’s offer came hours after South Korea’s national intelligence service confirmed Kiev’s statement that two wounded North Korean soldiers had been captured by Ukrainian forces.
