American Transit is responsible

American Transit attorney William Nathboni of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft issued a statement to *Page Six* in response to Sani and Geragos’ allegations.

“American Transit brought its lawsuit as part of its legal responsibility to combat the no-fault fraud that is rampant in New York City,” Natboni said. “The allegations of the complaint speak for themselves. With respect to any allegation by any defendant of misconduct by American Transit or its counsel, such allegation is categorically denied as without merit.”

Dr. Hostin Lawyer Daniel Thwaites previously called the lawsuit “a blanket, baseless lawsuit by an almost bankrupt insurance company.”
