Jada Cheeves had a mixed reaction to her church outfit
Jade Cheeves treated her followers to a close-up of her Sunday church service. But the moment quickly turned into a discussion on social media about what is best to wear while serving the Lord! Still, Cheeves didn’t let the critics slide and fired back with a series of Snapchat posts.
In screenshots shared by The Shade Room, Cheeves asked if the internet should “complain and make things a thing.” Then she went around the people, looking closely wrong parts her day.
“Like you’re completely discrediting the fact that I WENT to church with my tail up because you’re so focused on what I’m wearing?!! sick,” Jaida wrote in response to a commenter who asked what church she attended to “dress like that.”
Another critic wrote, “Besides, you only went to church for the adventure, not for God, sister.” Cheeves clapped back with a selfie while rolling her eyes and said: “I have seizures every day I wake up to the stench… That comment doesn’t work for me.”
So let’s move on to Jaida Cheeves outfit last Sunday. The CEO of Waydamin jumped into service wearing a white turtleneck and a pink and white checked coat with Chanel logos. She paired the top with a black mini skirt, signature tights and shiny leather knee high boots.
X popped up about Jayda Cheeves’ churchy image
As mentioned, Jaida Cheeves’ response came after her outfit became the talk of social media. As of Monday morning folks still being weighed in appearance.
Appropriate or not? We’ll let you tell us all. Keep scrolling to see which side X’s roommates (RIP Twitter) are taking and why!
I think the term “be who you are” is more rooted in your heart attitude and relationship with God at the time. People feel like they have to be a high level believer to be welcomed, I think it has to do with the dress – it’s the super minimum, so she denies it.

In the Bible, “come as you are” means that people can come to God with their problems and sins without having to get their lives in order first. pic.twitter.com/zngpJyZOnr

This skirt was tacky for church. You couldn’t wait until church was over to put that shit on? 😂

STICKY. And I don’t want to hear “be who you are” as a cop to dress like she’s going to a club or a bar. There is a bit of DECORUM. She can wear this anywhere.

They would hate my mom. She has always looked beautiful, but none of her dresses go past her knees! Lmaoo, she threw on her stockings and shawl and called it quits. Lol and they would all say she looked like she just stepped out of a church catalog. They thought she was cute!😭

The clothes are very cute, but personally, growing up in the church, I just wouldn’t wear a mini skirt, and if I did, the jacket would be longer than the skirt. Be who you are, but being in a religious place is a matter of respect, especially with people of all ages.

Brunch yes, but I think the skirt is too short for church. I don’t like the outfit either, but I digress 😩

I mean… the Bible says to be who you are. She is so covered. The skirt is a bit short, but I mean.. and she is like that, it balances it out, but yeah, just be glad she went to church

Too bad I could see the faces of the people in the church watching her enter. pic.twitter.com/rGB25BP9IW

She looks good… the long coat was very stylish. Nothing wrong with her uniform. The man hates everything!🤷♀️😩

skirts that short weren’t even allowed at school, so why did she think a miniskirt was acceptable for church? 😂😂😂 “Be as you are” only means spiritually and mentally, and not only God can judge, but only his judgment matters. I judge 🤣

Jaida is no stranger to being admired for her fashion choices. Last summer social networks was all indignant after a digital ad showed her topless sunbathing while her son and a friend run off with her swimsuit.
Most recently, in November, her new tattoos had social media users flooding the comment sections with their two cents.
